Our Programs & Campaigns

Music for Hope America

Music for Hope America builds confidence and self-expression in children through a wide variety of music lessons including guitar, ukulele, and beatmaking. By engaging in music education, children develop discipline, creativity, and teamwork, while discovering the joy and healing power of music.

Dance for Hope America

Dance for Hope America encourages children to express themselves through movement while improving their mental and physical health. From ballroom to modern dance, this program promotes fitness, self-confidence, and emotional well-being, empowering children to lead happier lives through the art of dance.

Live Happy Live Healthy America

Live Healthy and Live Happy focuses on teaching children about nutrition and healthy habits to support their overall well-being. By encouraging participation in physical activities, fostering connections with family and friends, and learning about balanced diets, this program inspires a lifelong journey toward health, happiness, and stronger relationships. As firm believers in the interconnected nature of physical and mental wellness, we have added Social Skills Training courses, an evidence-based small-group intervention led by licensed mental health professionals that helps children practice making friends, resisting peer pressure, and responding to bullying/aggression.

Education and Awareness on Child Trafficking

Child trafficking remains a grave global concern, with children constituting nearly one-third of identified victims worldwide . Factors such as poverty, conflict, and climate change have heightened vulnerabilities, leading to a 25% increase in detected cases of child trafficking, forced labor, and criminal exploitation . In response, organizations like Children of One Planet are taking action through initiatives like the “Dance for Hope” campaign, aiming to raise awareness and support for affected children. By uniting communities through dance, this campaign seeks to shed light on the plight of trafficked children and advocate for their protection and well-being.

COVID-19 Awareness to help children against hunger & violence around the world.

The COVID-19 pandemic has intensified global challenges, exacerbating hunger and violence that disproportionately affect children. Disruptions to food systems and economic hardships have led to increased food insecurity, leaving many children malnourished and vulnerable to exploitation. Moreover, the pandemic has heightened instances of domestic violence and child abuse, as families grapple with stress and limited resources. In response, initiatives like Children of One Planet’s “Dance for Hope” campaign aim to raise awareness and support for these pressing issues, using the power of dance to unite communities and advocate for the well-being of children worldwide.

LOS ANGELES-BASED AND OWNED TOSCA FASHION PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY MASKS FOR BUSINESS DURING THE ONGOING COVID-19 CRISIS

Work Safe with Style

As businesses are permitted to re-open pursuant to applicable guidelines and directives from local and state agencies, safeguarding the health and well-being of your employees, customers, clients, and vendors is of paramount priority.
The use of masks/ facial coverings when entering a business has presently been mandated by many State and Local governmental agencies. Masks are an effective tool in limiting the distance that expelled droplets can travel, and as well, decrease the viral load one is potentially exposed to in an enclosed setting.
As a result, Tosca Fashion, a clothing and design firm for over twenty years, has responded by providing high-quality masks that your business can distribute cost-effectively. This will enable your business and employees to operate smoothly while safeguarding the health of others.

WHAT SETS OUR MASKS APART?

You likely already own a mask and are wondering how our masks are different. Our masks are a cut above for a number of reasons.

We are approved with “LA Protect”. The goal of LA Protect is to work with local manufacturers, who are not already in the protective gear supply chain, to produce five million non-medical masks which can be used by workers in essential sectors, non-medical staff in hospitals, and medical patients across the City of Los Angeles.

You can purchase optional insertable filters. The filter is a sonic laminated nano fiber layer for extra filtration. The filter is nonwoven and constructed from a polypropylene/nanofiber/polyester composite. This provides an important heightened level of
protection.

Our masks are made with 100% cotton so they allow for breathability and comfort. All masks have two layers to provide optimal protection. Also, an inner layer pocket that allows a filter to be inserted. Lastly, these masks provide an essential tight seam around the wearer’s face which minimize and guard against contagion passing through a loose opening.

Our masks conform with Kaiser Permanente’s design specifications for
non-medical masks. Also, Tosca Fashion has applied its design expertise to create a mask that is not only effective, but also stylish. Available in solid colors and printed designs.

Our masks are reusable (unlike surgical masks made from paper) and do not add to the
amount of trash in our landfills and oceans.

Fashion with Purpose:
Giving Back Through Masks

20% of sales revenue generated from the purchase of these masks will be donated to Children of One Planet, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Agency, to help children in need. As a result of the massive economic toll of the COVID-19 crisis, underserved children across Los Angeles County and the World are currently in need of food. Children of One Planet is working towards addressing the problem of childhood hunger in Los Angeles County. A significant number of childrens masks will also be donated to children living in foster homes and orphanages. Tosca Fashion has created a unique design symbol that speaks to our common solidarity against COVID-19. By donning these masks, you are not only sending an important message that you are taking the virus seriously, but that you care about the welfare of children.

WHO CAN USE THESE MASKS?

Some of you may ask “well, doesn’t everyone already own a mask?”. A lot of people do, but as this crisis continues and as more businesses open, a greater number of masks will be required. Also, many people constantly re-use the same mask without properly washing it or forget to wear a mask to an establishment. What better way to show you care about your employees, vendors, customers, and clients than to provide them with a mask. All businesses can benefit from these masks including restaurants, gyms, salons, massage parlors, and offices of all sizes. as well as community group gatherings and religious organizations.
