Includes strut pivot bearing and attachment hardware. The strut mount is a metal reinforced rubber bushing that bolts to the shock absorber strut rod, and attaches the strut assembly to the chassis. Struts at steering wheels commonly include a pivot bearing to allow the strut to pivot left and right. To ensure smooth steering and proper impact damping, replace old mounts and pivot bearings whenever new struts are installed.
