Heavy duty 1/2 HP motor evacuates today's tighter systems with their increased sensitivity to contaminants. Offset rotary vanes work in conjunction with the vacuum pump oil to create a powerful compression inside the pumping chamber. Vacuum pump efficiency depends largely on the purity of the vacuum pump oil. The gas ballast feature helps keep the oil clean for a longer time by introducing a small amount of dry atmospheric air to prevent condensation of moisture within the pumping chamber.

Robinair 15600 - 6 CFM Vacuum Pump

The two-stage, offset rotary vane design provides powerful, quiet high vacuum capability and assures moisture removal, while the high pumping capacity reduces evacuation time. Direct exhaust causes the exhaust to expel through the handle to direct it away from the service technician. Oil drain valve is positioned at the bottom of the oil reservoir and angled for faster, more complete draining. Oil fill port makes adding oil simple since the port is accessible from the front or either side.
